Today Mezhgorye (Transcarpathia) is a village in a mountain valley, which is located in the 154 kilometers from the city, and has the status of a city. Mezhgorye is located not far from the mountains of Kamyanka and Kuk, the height of which is 1587 and 1365 meters, respectively. Spread this settlement, which is the district centre in the Transcarpathian region, in the valley of the river Rika.
