History of Tyachiv starts from the 13th century, and in 1329 the city was among the cities of the Royal values. Tyachiv became a rebellious city after the Hungarian antifeudal uprising in 1514, after which it was robbed.
On the Central square of Tyachiv the real fun begins. Here you can see interesting building - a wonderful reformist Church, which was built on the foundation of the former Church in the 15th century. Earlier this temple was a Catholic, but the profile he changed almost a hundred years later, in the 16th century.

The reformed headlight, built at the end of the 20th century, is located next to the Church and represents an interesting four-storey building, which looks very impressive against the background of monotonous buildings. In addition, here on the square is also the Church of St. Stephen.
Famous Hungarian artist Shimon Holloshi spent in Tyachiv his last years. In 1904, Shimon often came to Tyachiv with students of the Munich school of art. When the First World War started, the artist decided to move to the city with his workshop. The house where he lived still preserves in Tyachiv. His paintings written in Tyachiv are exhibited in the National gallery of Budapest. The monument to Holloshi is located close to the reformist Church in Tyachiv.
